Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are generally final.

• Other downloadable resources

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in limited situations, including:

• Duplicate purchases.
• Technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved.
• Purchases made in error and reported promptly before the product has been downloaded, where applicable.

Physical Merchandise

If physical products are offered, damaged or defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Returns must be unused, in their original condition, and may require proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.
